In order to keep our guest spaces comfortable for everyone, we ask that only one person per patient be present at the hospital at a time of surgery. This will keep over-crowding and confusion to a minimum, which makes for a stress-free environment while your loved ones are in surgery.

The hospital’s Concierge Services are available to patients and guests alike. The
Concierge can keep qualified guests and family members updated on a
loved-one’s surgical progress and address any concerns directly or through the
assistance of specialized hospital staff. No concern will go unaddressed.

Our Concierge can suggest local hotel accommodations at reasonable rates and
can recommend area restaurants, florists and other area vendors. Simply call the

Flowers and other gifts may be delivered directly to a patient room by visitors or
may be left at the hospital’s main reception desk. We will gladly see that these are
promptly delivered to your friend or family member’s room. Flowers and live
plants may not be delivered to patients in the surgical or post-anesthesia
recovery area. However, they can be held for patients for delivery once they reach
their inpatient room.
